Merry Christmas

By | December 23, 2017

Merry Christmas everyone.  I can’t for the New Year so I can share my plans to improve my health wealth.  There are going to be so many changes, and the New Year is the perfect time to make those changes.  I know, technically, it’s just another day.  But, in reality, that one day makes a world of difference.  I’ve already started to make changes.  For example, I started consistently working out about two weeks ago.  I have a trainer who is not certified, but so far so good.  He’s more like a workout partner, except he just gives me guidance as I workout.  A meal plan isn’t part of the program, but I’m committed to start focusing on eating more healthy beginning January 1.  So, I’m drinking all the alcohol and eating all the junk food I can now. That’s because, starting in 2018, things are going to change!

But, I don’t wan’t to spoil it.  Soon, I’ll be reporting on my December dividend income.  Then, in a separate post, I’ll review my goals for the past year and discuss which ones I achieved or missed.  Then, I’ll discuss my new goals for 2018 both for the blog and myself.  It’s so exciting!  And Christmas is just around the corner.  It’s a long weekend for me as I have four days off from work.  So, I’m going to spend some time reviewing posts from the DGI community, and commenting where I can.  However, I wanted to get this post out because I couldn’t contain my excitement anymore.

Conclusion

There you have it. Not a long post.  I just can’t wait for the New Year.  I hope you enjoy the holidays. I also hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Thanks Seedling. I imagine it’s going to be a long post, so I’ve been putting it off. But, I’ll be finalizing my goals soon.

Sometimes these are the best kinds of posts. Short and sweet. Best of luck being healthy. I should jump on that train as well. Looking forward to seeing your goals post.

I would support you jumping on the train too Daze. It’s tough, but worth it.

    Hi DP,

Hope you had a great Christmas and really happy to see you starting to workout. It helps to have a workout partner to keep you motivated and even better if he is a fitness trainer as he can guide you.

On food business, I would suggest starting out with simply an awareness of what you are eating and how much you are eating and then slowly try to make better healthier choices while controlling portions. At least that’s how I started and it was much more sustainable for me than some crash diets.

Good luck and happy new year 🙂
