I thought that we could all use a bit of inspiration right now. 2020 sucked and thankfully it’s over. 2021 has already proven to be an interesting year. But, despite the unknown that the year will bring, it’s important to have fortitude in this time of uncertainty. For that reason, I thought I would bring back a little bit of inspiration. I know I could use some right about now, and maybe you could too. So, without further adieu, here is your inspirational quote for January 2021.

My inspirational quote for January is: “I can’t change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination.” – Jimmy Dean.

We don’t know what 2021 will bring. Hopefully, we will be able to get the pandemic under control and our economy open again. No one really knows what’s going to happen and nothing is ever really guaranteed. However, despite all the uncertainty and all the upheaval in the world, this quote reminds us that we are the masters of our own destiny. We may stumble and we may fall, but it’s important to get up, dust ourselves off and keep going.

As this is my first inspirational quote in a long time, I’ll leave you with another. In the words of Henry David Thoreau, “the world is but a canvass to the imagination.” I truly hope that 2021 brings you a happy new year!
